Man oh man. As a beatmaker, i’ve been hibernating/ halfway dead for a while. I did work on some amazing projects but they were way more orchestral and not “beats”! I got an opp to make a replacement beat to one of my friend’s songs. I can’t play you the vocals but here are some of the ideas i had. Nothing solid yet but thats part of the process. It was kinda crazy stepping back into this beatmaker role. Crazy cause i have time for it and crazy because i started tracking these ideas at Starbucks, then Denny’s and then at @HelloDQ’s studio. Its been a crazy time but fun the whole way thru!!

So the week continues and i’m still in the studios. Its been an awesome time and i’m looking forward to more sessions. Now i’m just looking for one more thing…… A studio in WEST LA!!! Been in Norho and Burbank and the people i was working with worked with folks from ATL. So thats gonna be on the list of things to do, find a studio to hook up with on the west side or find some space cause i got the studio equipment!! More to come later….
